3. Property Listings & Accuracy

  • Information: We strive to ensure that all property descriptions, prices, and availability listed on this Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current.

  • Pricing: Prices for plots and services are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless otherwise stated. Currency exchange rates for international payments will be determined by the prevailing bank rate on the day of payment.

  • Availability: All plots are sold on a “first-come, first-served” basis. A plot is only considered “Reserved” once a commitment fee or deposit has been paid and an official receipt issued.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A non-refundable reservation fee (or deposit as per the Offer Letter) is required to secure any property.

  • Installments: Clients on payment plans must adhere strictly to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to meet monthly obligations may result in the cancellation of the sale and a refund of monies paid, less an administrative fee (typically 10-20%).

  • Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, or Cheque. We do not accept cash payments at the site. All payments must be made to the official Prime Location Properties company accounts.

5. Site Visits

  • Scheduling: Site visits are by appointment only. While we offer free site visits, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Safety: Clients visiting construction sites or undeveloped land do so at their own risk. Prime Location Properties is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property during site inspections.

6. Diaspora & Remote Transactions

  • Virtual Verification: For clients abroad, we provide virtual site visits and digital documentation. By proceeding with a remote purchase, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the digital verification provided.

  • Power of Attorney: If a third party (relative/friend) is acting on your behalf in Zambia, we require a formal Power of Attorney or written authorization before releasing documents or keys to them.

7. Construction Management Services

  • Scope: The specific scope of works for any construction project will be detailed in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties.

  • Delays: Prime Location Properties is not liable for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events (e.g., extreme weather, national shortages of materials, or government lockdowns).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, Prime Location Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Prime Location Properties Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
